I had this idea sometime back now but never really got time to get busy on it till the last few weeks. Got a hold of a bad azz 13 rom Setrab off of eBay. Originally I was planning on making a ram induction box out of fiberglass but got lucky and happened upon this induction box that fit like a charm....well it did require a tad bit of fab as it was originally too long and I had to just knock off a 1 & 1/4 of an inch out of the running length. All in all I think the fitment it dead on as far as the oil cooler in the ram induction box is considered. Here is a few pix of the pretty much finished box. Still need to get some fittings and oil lines from SPL on that. Anywho.

Here is the box on top of an old crapped out radiator for a visual on where I plan to mount it. I think this would be ideal as it isn't in the way of the air filter and everything else... I hope....crossing fingers. I measured and mocked up 2 times and it looks like it will be all good. Since I am going with the Border intake it leaves more room than a normal airfilter would I am assuming. But if just swapping out air filters is the least of my problems I ain't complaining.
I marked an X on this for the fact that I am considering tapping that spot for an additional water injection nozzle to aid in the cooling process. I am still debating that...but just a thought.
Since I removed the AC unit it made room for a whole lot of extra space to play with. Everything from the AC, evaporator, airbag lines, stock lines, etc....will be either removed/tucked awa/relocated depending on the item. I will most need to redo the radiator support bracket somehow to work with the induction box as a support bracket. I think I may just have to cut the original bracket or just fab a new one and weld it to the top of the box. *shrug* Here is a pic of how it looks now.
And here is how I hope to have it positioned. And yes I know the pictures are fuzzy. :)

And finally the Powertrix CF air guides that will provide the airflow.
Anyways...that's what I am working on right now since I am waiting on a metal head gasket to come in to complete the engine. I am also working on bellhousing out the necks on the Stillen SMIC's, I'll post some pics up later tonight or something.
